“I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. After paying a retainer, they led us on for months before suddenly demanding triple the original agreed-upon fee for a survey. They’re claiming we didn’t request a full survey, which is completely misleading, and now they’re trying to charge an exorbitant $5,000 – a price that’s far outside the reasonable range of $1,800 to $2,400 for a survey of that type.”

“I’m seriously concerned about the driving behavior I witnessed today. Specifically, the driver in vehicle TCE5 displayed a dangerous disregard for traffic signals. I almost had a fatal accident when the green light changed and this driver ran a red. As an employer, you absolutely need to address this immediately – it’s unacceptable and puts people’s lives at risk. My personal safety was directly threatened, and I believe this driver’s actions require serious consequences.”
