I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I contacted them to confirm a part was in stock, only to be told they couldn't even check their inventory using a computer. It was unbelievable that someone couldn't handle a simple inquiry. To add to the problem, they insisted on running a credit report on my business, which pays entirely in cash – completely unnecessary and intrusive. The employee was incredibly dismissive and seemed unwilling to communicate effectively, essentially yelling at me as a new customer. Honestly, it felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I could have gotten the same part online for a fraction of the price. I strongly advise against doing business with this company.

It seems a bit cramped for larger trucks, but the team was really friendly and the unloading went quickly.

“It seems like repairs for smaller issues are taking a bit too long.”

This individual demonstrates a concerning prioritization of financial gain over honesty and ethical considerations. Their willingness to deceive for profit raises serious questions about their integrity and judgment.
