  I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with this company. Just a year ago, I hired them to replace my siding and roof, and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The most concerning incident occurred when a worker, identified as Tom (who, I later learned, was the owner’s son), went through my daughter’s private belongings – her underwear drawer. When I confronted him, he offered no explanation, simply stating he was “looking for something.” After I brought this to the owner’s attention, he dismissed my concerns with an incredibly unprofessional and offensive response. Frankly, I felt completely disregarded and treated with disrespect. report abuse
