We had a really specific vision for our multigenerational home – a unique, duplex-style design with separate living spaces for everyone – and he brought that dream to life beautifully. Because we’d never built a home before, we were completely overwhelmed, but Chad made the whole process surprisingly smooth. He listened intently to our ideas, gently guided us when we needed it, and always respected our creative freedom. With a custom build, there are so many decisions to make, and he handled everything with a fantastic level of organization and personalized attention. Plus, the contractors he works with are top-notch – clearly carefully selected over time. Communication was phenomenal; we always knew we could get a prompt response, no matter how quickly or slowly we needed an answer.   Chad was absolutely fantastic – truly a professional. When we had that awful house fire, he stepped up and handled the entire rebuild with incredible skill and dedication.   Honestly, we couldn’t be happier with the beautiful home Chad and his team built for us. From the very beginning, Chad was so incredibly organized and kept us fully in the loop – it was fantastic to see such attention to detail. We had specific accessibility needs – wanting to incorporate ADA features – and they went above and beyond to make it happen. Chad created a really clear, step-by-step plan for the entire build, which was amazing considering all the challenges with the supply chain these days.   Working with Chad and his team to build our dream home in 2023 was an absolute pleasure. Honestly, building a house is a huge undertaking and can be really stressful, but Chad made the whole process so much smoother than we anticipated. He was fantastic at accommodating our ideas and letting us incorporate our own preferences and resources. He offered really valuable guidance throughout the design phase, helping us stay on track and manage the timeline effectively. Communication was consistently excellent – prompt and clear. And even now, as we’ve encountered a few minor issues that arise with any new build, Chad has been incredibly responsive and easy to reach.   Overall, we’re so happy with our new home – Chad really did build us our dream! He was great at sticking to the timeline and he worked with us on both the subcontractors and even letting us handle some of the work ourselves. He was also open to trying new ideas during the build. Communication was good during business hours. However, there were a few challenges. We wish we’d been aware upfront that the plumber was using plastic instead of copper – it’s a significant difference. Because the winter moved in, the landscaping and flatwork were delayed until the weather improved, and unfortunately, the topsoil was buried under the foundation fill, which made it incredibly difficult to grow grass. We ended up having to hire another landscaper to correct several issues after the project was complete. Also, please be aware if you live near nature – the landscape netting caused a huge problem with snakes getting trapped. We had to remove it all. Chad was good about addressing smaller issues that came up after the construction finished, which we appreciated. Despite these hiccups, we absolutely love our new home! report abuse
