  “I had a really positive experience with RAM Buildings. I saw their work at a builders’ show in Grand Rapids, Minnesota back in March 2008, and Brad was fantastic – he really listened to what I needed and was incredibly easy to work with. We ended up getting a 36x48 post frame building installed in June, and it’s been absolutely outstanding! It still looks fantastic and has held up perfectly over the years.   “I couldn’t be happier with the polebarn Ram Buildings built for me. They were incredibly responsive, providing a bid quickly and sticking to the agreed-upon start and finish dates perfectly. Honestly, I’ve worked with a lot of contractors who haven’t delivered, so this was a huge relief. Nick was fantastic – professional, reliable, and you can tell he truly meant what he said.   Ram Buildings Inc. truly exceeded our expectations – they built us an absolutely stunning 80x96 barn! We especially want to commend Spencer for his help in designing it and keeping us fully in the loop throughout the whole process. Adam was fantastic as the lead builder, and the construction site was incredibly clean and organized. Remarkably, they finished the barn in just two weeks, despite challenging weather conditions. It’s great to see they’ve clearly gained a lot of experience, as this was their third barn of this size, and they far surpassed the performance of other companies we considered. report abuse

  “I’m really pleased with the work Ram did for my horse boarding facility in Watertown. We had a lot of roof repairs needed after some hail damage, and then I added a new 40x50 insulated shop. Honestly, I was initially drawn to Ram because of their competitive pricing – they were the only ones who could offer a price that worked for my budget. The crew was fantastic; they were always polite and respectful of my business, my clients, and, most importantly, my horses. I was particularly impressed that they took such care to avoid any loose nails or screws, especially when working above the paddocks. They really went above and beyond, even fixing some issues in the older barns without charging extra. Everything was done quickly and with a really high level of quality. I’ve received lots of compliments on the new shop, and I wholeheartedly recommend Ram to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled building contractor.” report abuse

From the very beginning, they were incredibly responsive and took the time to really understand our needs, meeting with us to discuss everything in detail. We received our bid quickly and they were fantastic at working with all the changes we made to our plans – we went through several revisions and they always provided multiple pricing options. It was really reassuring to be working with a company that was so flexible and professional. Scott, the crew foreman, was outstanding – he kept us constantly updated on the project's progress and even offered valuable suggestions that ultimately improved the shed.   Overall, my experience with Ram was frustrating and ultimately left me feeling let down. The building itself was well-built and beautiful, though I was disappointed that a basswood tree fell on it shortly after completion – something that should have been addressed during the initial site preparation. I also struggled to get timely service when I needed repairs, with Ram being incredibly busy and suggesting another contractor who then wasted a significant amount of time and didn’t even provide a quote. Adding to the issue, my salesperson, Brad, sent an email stating that my warranty was voided because I had used a different contractor, which was completely unexpected and added a huge layer of difficulty. Because of these issues, I wouldn’t buy a building through Ram. Word of mouth is really important in our neighborhood, and Ram has clearly been a dominant builder locally, but my experience has made me wary. I’d definitely recommend checking references if you’re considering a Ram building. However, I want to give credit where it’s due – Ram did reach out after I posted my initial review and offered to inspect the repairs, and this action did restore my confidence and led me to increase my rating to two stars. report abuse

  “Ram did a fantastic job handling the recent hail damage – they really streamlined the whole process by working directly with our insurance and getting the repairs completed quickly and professionally.
