  “Overall, this was a disappointing experience. While Harry consistently showed up on time, completed the work diligently, and left the site spotless – which I really appreciated – the quality of the materials was a major issue. It turned out all the nails used for the weatherstripping were rusted, and frankly, using uncoated nails in an outdoor application, particularly with salt air exposure, is simply not acceptable these days. Stainless steel or galvanised nails are the standard best practice. Harry himself was a fantastic tradesperson – I’ve been in construction for over 30 years and he exemplifies the professionalism I expect.” report abuse
