“I was really disappointed with my experience working with Peter. I initially contacted him in late August to get a quote for a sizable deck and siding project, estimated around $40,000. He took measurements about two weeks later, and after that, I followed up weekly to get an update, but he rarely responded. After a month of waiting, he suddenly asked for a detailed scope of work – even though I’d already provided comprehensive information back in August. Now, he’s telling me he’s too busy to proceed with the job. Honestly, this level of communication is completely unacceptable. If he wasn’t interested from the start, he should have let me know sooner when he took the measurements. I wouldn’t recommend going through this company – it’s been a significant headache.”
