Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received from Robin Aire on April 14th. William White expertly handled our generator – he’s an electrician – and Victor N. took care of the air conditioner, specializing in heating and cooling. Both guys were really friendly and did a fantastic job. As a long-time customer, I’ve always trusted Robin Aire, and this service confirmed that trust.

“John did a really thorough job with my AC tune-up, and I appreciate his professionalism. However, I was a little surprised by the cost – it was about $20 more than I’ve paid in the past few years for this service. I’ve always paid upfront for the combined spring and fall maintenance, which is usually more economical, and I also noticed a new 2.5% surcharge for credit card payments. To be honest, I’ve used Robin Aire in the past and their rates are significantly lower, even though they service Milford. Because of the price difference, I’m going to have to switch to them for my annual maintenance.”

We had a new AC and heater installed back in the summer of 2021, and unfortunately, the AC immediately started leaking Freon and stopped working completely. Worse still, I’ve been trying to get them to respond to my calls, but they’ve blocked my number. It’s completely unacceptable. We have an 8-month-old at home, and the heat is making things extremely difficult for her. I desperately need someone to come out and take a look at the unit, but I’m being ignored.”
