  I’m so happy to finally share this review – we’ve been with Anderson Pools for a couple of years now, and we absolutely couldn’t be more thrilled with our investment. They worked seamlessly with Distinctive on the landscaping, and we’ve had them open and close our pool every year since with absolutely no problems. Bob McNeil was fantastic throughout the entire process, and he’s still been incredibly helpful even years later. When we had a small issue with settling stones around the coping, Bob took care of it immediately. Seriously, Anderson Pools are true professionals – A+! report abuse

They’ve been taking care of our pool for years, and they’re always incredibly reliable – they’re always on time and do a truly excellent job. I really appreciate how helpful and accommodating they are, always answering my questions and working around my schedule.   “Anderson Brothers has been taking care of my pool for the last 18 years, and I’ve always been really impressed with their efficiency. They do a fantastic job – they vacuum, adjust the chemicals, blow out the lines, and put the cover on all in one visit, which is a huge time saver.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with my experience calling this company. I reached out requesting a last-minute service call and the representative I spoke with was incredibly dismissive and rude. She immediately cut me off, stating they were only available for their own pool service. It was a completely unacceptable response, and I’m concerned about how they treat their customers. report abuse

  Robert and his team clearly put a lot of heart and soul into their work – you can really see that passion. It’s great to see a company that’s committed and doing things the right way; building a pool is a big investment, so it’s important to choose a reliable team. report abuse

  Overall, I was pretty disappointed with this company. They don’t actually build pools themselves, which wasn’t clearly stated on their website. Furthermore, the person I spoke with wasn’t particularly helpful or friendly. I wouldn’t consider them for a pool installation if I ever needed one in the future. report abuse
