From the start, we were so impressed with Vill and Mark – they really listened to what we wanted and understood the importance of sticking to our budget. It was fantastic to work with a design-build company where everyone collaborated seamlessly. We had a lot of specific needs – our daughter’s room was cramped, the kitchen and linen closet were outdated, and we desperately needed a coat closet. They not only solved these issues brilliantly within our budget, but they even suggested a complete kitchen redesign for better flow. Sandy, the designer, was a huge help too, guiding us through the showrooms and making sure we were focusing on pieces that fit both our style and our budget. And Thiago, our lead carpenter, was amazing! He not only built the addition but also helped us move furniture around during the project, which was a huge relief. We really appreciated the constant communication – Vill kept us updated with calls, emails, and regular meetings. They even handled an unexpected discovery of asbestos professionally, finding a vendor for us immediately. Honestly, the whole team worked so hard to bring our vision to life, and they finished the project on time and even two days ahead of schedule!
