“I was really upset yesterday when I was asked to leave the lumberyard – it felt like they simply didn’t care about me or my lost cat, who I believe went through their property. The way I was treated was incredibly rude.”

Honestly, my experience at the Woburn store was terrible. Ritchie was incredibly unhelpful and quite disrespectful, which was a massive waste of my time. I definitely won't be returning.
