  I was incredibly pleased with Modern Foundations – they did a fantastic job building the extension to my three-level home. It was a particularly complex project, involving a complicated basement concrete pour and a concrete sidewalk, and they handled it all with remarkable skill and precision. As a busy physician, I didn’t always have time to oversee the work, but I was consistently impressed with the quality. The excavation was completed on schedule, and the walls were installed perfectly straight. I was especially blown away by Jimmy Bennett’s innovative approach to the front porch and sidewalk – it was a truly seamless match for the house. Communication with the team, particularly with Patrick, was excellent, and he quickly resolved a small issue I had. From Bryan the scheduler to Ron, Harry, and Russ, the entire Modern Foundations team was professional and friendly. They’re a genuinely fantastic company to work with, and I’m happy to report that they always passed inspection. I highly recommend Modern Foundations – they’re the best! report abuse

  I’m incredibly disappointed with this company. Their driving behavior is reckless – they’re not cleaning their vehicles properly, sending debris flying onto the road at high speeds, and frequently cutting people off. I actually ended up with a cracked windshield on my brand new car because of this negligence. It’s clear they don’t take proper precautions, and it’s unacceptable. report abuse

  I was really concerned when I got home early today and discovered the crew was using my electrical outlet to power their tools. It was incredibly frustrating that they didn’t communicate with me at all, and the foreman’s explanation – that they knocked and I didn’t answer – felt like a deliberate attempt to avoid a conversation. Frankly, I don’t feel like I can trust them to do a proper job with the sidewalk repairs, especially considering the way things went down. report abuse
