  Honestly, we were so excited to finally receive “Our Dream Home,” but it turned out to be a huge disappointment. After all the delays and price increases, we got here and it’s completely the wrong house. It’s not what we ordered at all – a really frustrating experience. report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t buy from them again. It wasn’t the materials themselves, but the overall quality of the construction that really disappointed me. There were noticeable issues like uneven drywall with waves in the walls and inconsistent texture throughout the house – it just felt like the work wasn’t done with enough care. report abuse

  “Honestly, the process has been incredibly slow and frustrating. Getting the home set up has involved multiple contractors – one to initially connect the areas, another to work inside, and then a separate crew for the carpeting. We’re still waiting on things to be completed, and the scheduling needs a serious overhaul. Please prioritize getting things done promptly and communicate more effectively with your customers about timelines.” report abuse

  “Unfortunately, the house we purchased with Fleetwood had some significant issues. The electrical work for the furnace was incorrectly installed, and there were problems with the interior doors – none of them closed properly. Additionally, the paint job was very uneven, with two different colors used throughout the entire house, including the ceilings.   I can’t recommend this company at all. My daughter purchased a home from them last year, and it’s been plagued with serious issues – particularly defective plumbing and a completely compromised subfloor. They’ve been incredibly slow to address the problems and haven’t followed proper procedures, and frankly, the mold situation is deeply concerning. report abuse

Based on feedback, he seems to lack a solid understanding of his work and has a troubling pattern of avoiding responsibility for errors. There are concerns about his honesty and a tendency to deflect blame, which is completely unacceptable.
