  Richard was absolutely fantastic – truly one of the best plumbers I’ve ever worked with. He was incredibly reliable, honest, and you could tell he was someone you could completely trust. He arrived promptly and finished the repairs in just ten minutes, which was a huge relief compared to the other plumbers I’ve used who were frequently late or didn’t show up at all. Because of his quick and efficient service, I avoided having to replace my perfectly good toilet, which saved me a lot of hassle and money. I wish I’d found him sooner – I would have definitely called him to handle my faucet issues and any leaks. It’s so rare to find someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job.   He was a really pleasant guy, and he did manage to clear my blocked bath drain quickly – it was fixed in under fifteen minutes. However, I felt a little taken advantage of. He initially quoted me $99 for a visit and assessment, which was already at the higher end of what I was expecting. But when he arrived, he brought up the exterior cleanout access again, even though I’d already told him on the phone that there wasn’t one, and suddenly the price jumped to $150. It felt like he wasn't really listening to my initial conversation. Despite getting the job done, the sudden price increase and the way he handled it left me with a negative impression. report abuse

  Richard was fantastic! We had a really tricky backup issue on a Friday evening with guests arriving, and he immediately stepped in and worked on it for a couple of hours until it was completely resolved.
