“I was really disappointed with V3’s work. They were hired to remove trees near my property, and despite the tree being only 20 feet away, they managed to get sap and sawdust all over my siding. Then, they submitted a report to the city with photos from a different day’s work – it felt completely dishonest. They haven’t taken any responsibility for the damage and frankly, I wouldn’t recommend them for any job.”

“I’m incredibly frustrated with V3’s handling of this water main replacement project on our street and three surrounding blocks. They were hired by the City of Chicago to tackle a 120-year-old pipe, and frankly, it’s been a nightmare. Construction has started as early as 6:30 a.m., completely disrupting traffic, and they’ve constantly changed street layouts, turning our quiet residential area into a chaotic mess. Every time we think they're making progress, they add more parking restrictions, pushing the project back indefinitely. Worse yet, they’re working on four streets at once, blocking traffic and leaving huge sections unfinished. It feels like they simply move in, create massive disruptions, and never actually get anything done.”

“I’ve been working with Andrea and the team at V3, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Andrea is fantastic at keeping me informed and offering helpful recommendations, and the crew does a really excellent job when they’re on my property.”
