  Overall, I’d give this company a solid 5-star rating. Initially, I had a problem with a garage door opener I’d purchased and, after a frustrating initial attempt to get it fixed, was offered a refurbished unit with a warranty. However, the installer vanished, and it turned out the unit was faulty. What really impressed me was the company’s response. After a lot of difficulty getting in touch with the original installer, someone from the Leominster office took the time to fully understand the situation. Then, unbelievably, someone from the Worcester location personally followed up and arranged for a technician to come and fix the problem – and it seems like they even tracked down the original installer. It was truly exceptional service, especially considering the initial hiccup. The machine is now working perfectly, and I’d absolutely recommend this company and definitely do business with them again. report abuse

  Honestly, it sounds like they could be fantastic – apparently offering the best service and prices around. However, my experience was incredibly frustrating. The technician never showed up for our scheduled appointment, and we couldn’t even reach him by phone. We tried calling 20 minutes after the appointment time with no luck. I don’t plan on pursuing anything further with them. report abuse
