I had a really frustrating experience last fall when my garage door broke and my car got stuck inside – thankfully, they had an on-call technician who was able to get the door open that evening and quickly diagnosed the issue. They then installed a new opener for me within a week. Most recently, the new opener started having problems, but they responded incredibly quickly, sending a mechanic over within an hour to fix it – completely free of charge!   “I was so impressed with this company! We had a broken garage door spring on a Saturday, and they responded incredibly quickly. They emailed me through their website and someone called me within ten minutes of them opening on Monday morning. They sent someone out the same day to assess the damage, and even though they had to order a new part, they did a fantastic job making a temporary fix. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and replaced the spring late Friday afternoon. They were really kind, efficient, and the price was very reasonable.   “I was really impressed with Independent – they were absolutely fantastic when our garage door had an emergency! They diagnosed the problem quickly, but it turned out we needed a whole new system, and they worked with me through that completely. They were incredibly reliable, showing up the next morning as promised. The technician, who’d been doing this kind of work since he was a kid, was clearly incredibly skilled and professional. Not only did he fix the door perfectly, but he even took the time to tune up our second opener, and it’s running smoother than ever! They left everything spotless, too.   “I’m absolutely thrilled with this company! They were incredibly honest and straightforward. Our garage door had been acting up, and I got a couple of quotes – one wanted to replace the entire motor for $600-$700, and another suggested a repair for around $450. Then I called this independent company, and the guy on the phone was fantastic. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a simple fix that I hadn’t even realized was the issue, and he did it for free!
