  Overall, Energy Monster did a fantastic job for us. They completed our MassSave audit, the recommended insulation work, and a 10kW solar installation – all within a really impressive three-month timeframe (November 2018 to January 2019). We’re incredibly pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of everyone we interacted with. Specifically, the solar installation was outstanding. They paid close attention to detail, with very clean wiring and minimal exposed conduit. We were also really happy with the system monitoring and the panels themselves – they were both efficient and looked great on the roof. We collaborated with their designer to make sure the installation fit our aesthetic preferences, and the final result was exactly what we were hoping for. We’re already seeing a positive impact on our energy bills, having received a credit on our National Grid bill after just one month of using the solar system, and we’re excited to continue saving money on both oil and electricity for years to come. report abuse

  Overall, I was really impressed with Energy Monster in Worcester. Not only did their sales team offer a competitive price and detailed information, but the after-sales service, particularly from Kyle, was fantastic.   Rich and his team did a fantastic job assessing our energy needs. They clearly identified where we needed more insulation in the attic and exterior walls, and I really appreciated how well they communicated their findings and recommendations. Their customer service was top-notch! report abuse

  “I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received regarding my new mini-split heat pump. While the initial installation was technically ‘completed’ on May 19th, the unit responsible for cooling my dining room and kitchen immediately failed. To add to the frustration, we’re still waiting for a replacement, despite being repeatedly told it would be fixed within a week. The project manager, Mike Heil, was consistently unhelpful and frankly rude during our phone calls, and thankfully, Courtney took over as my contact after he left. While she’s been much more approachable, the unit remains dead and we have no firm timeline for a replacement. This is particularly concerning as my wife is eight months pregnant and we’re facing a week of extremely high temperatures. The lack of communication and follow-through is deeply disappointing.” report abuse

  Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Energy Monster! Courtney was incredibly helpful, patiently answering all my questions about the Mass Save program – I had a *lot* of them. Nick, the auditor, was amazing too – he was so knowledgeable and efficient, and the whole audit only took about an hour. He even went above and beyond by installing LED lightbulbs throughout my entire house, and I picked up a couple of smart power plugs for my computer and TV. I just recently had my house built with spray foam insulation, and I already had a programmable thermostat and low-flow shower heads, but it was still completely worth it for the new light bulbs alone! I’m also excited to claim the $50 rebate when I install a smart thermostat. Seriously, I was blown away by how much I got for free during that one-hour audit – it’s a must-do for anyone, especially if you're looking to improve your home’s energy efficiency, like if you don’t have insulation or you have a drafty house.
