I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience. I attempted to return a product that was the wrong color, and the employee I spoke with was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of assisting me, he insulted me and refused the return. Honestly, it was completely unacceptable behavior and left me feeling humiliated. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so poor that I’m considering filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
