They really took the time to explain everything, not just trying to sell me something, but making sure I understood how the pool works and how to keep it in top shape. The team was so efficient and respectful, and I was really impressed with their attention to detail.   I just wanted to say what a fantastic experience it was working with P Beach! Everyone was so friendly and professional – Johanna in scheduling was a lifesaver, and Mike, Mike & Mike did an absolutely amazing job with the installation.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with my experience. I sent them all the details for a quote a few months ago, specifically mentioning I’d be needing the service when I opened my pool. Despite that, I’ve been trying to get in touch for the last week – they answered my first call and said they’d get back to me, but haven’t responded to any of my messages or returned my calls since. To top it off, I even found out they blocked me on Facebook so I couldn’t leave a review! It’s incredibly unprofessional, especially considering I own a small business myself – that kind of treatment is unacceptable. I was surprised to see they had a 5-star rating with only one review, and based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. report abuse
