I’m incredibly disappointed with the recent work done on my front steps and the ongoing issues with the water shut-off valves on Main Street. The initial repair attempt by the two bricklayers was completely inadequate – the steps are now noticeably off-center and crooked, and frankly, look terrible. It’s clear they weren't willing to properly address the damage, and I’m seriously concerned about the long-term consequences. Due to the poor workmanship, I’m pursuing legal counsel to ensure this is rectified. Furthermore, the crooked water shut-offs are damaging equipment, and I worry they’ll soon fail completely.
