He went above and beyond, spending weeks researching and sourcing options to perfectly match our existing floors, which was a really challenging task since the original materials were no longer available. All American Flooring was a complete game-changer. Zack was fantastic – he was incredibly patient and understanding, which was really appreciated given my particular tastes. What really set him apart was his willingness to work with me, and he was the only estimator who suggested I take samples home to see how they’d look in my space. Plus, he identified a potential solution for a small area near the patio door, recommending laminate instead of vinyl, which I really wanted for its more authentic appearance. Beyond Zack, the installers, Gabe and his team, were incredibly professional and attentive to my satisfaction. They even proactively addressed a minor issue during the installation, and Zack and Mousa were right on it immediately.   “We were incredibly pleased with Zack and his team’s work installing our new vinyl floors. They did a fantastic job in six areas of our home, and the finished product looks absolutely perfect. What really stood out was their professionalism and responsiveness – Zack even took the time to assess a challenging situation with an in-home medical need and offered helpful flooring recommendations. While the job ended up taking a couple of extra days due to needing to completely redo the subfloor, Zack and the installers kept us fully informed, and we appreciated their careful attention to detail, including protecting our furniture and ensuring clean work areas.   “I was incredibly pleased with the whole experience. Zack and Hamza provided fantastic service, and they really took the time to understand our needs when remodeling our guest bathroom and replacing the flooring and carpet throughout the house. The products in the showroom were top quality and offered a great selection – we really appreciated that. And the team that installed the wood flooring was just as good as Zack promised; they did a fantastic job.   “I’ve been so impressed with All American Flooring – I actually used them last year at my previous home, and the results were fantastic. This year, when I moved, it was significantly cheaper to have them update the flooring and paint after closing than dealing with the builder. Everything looked absolutely beautiful, thanks to Zack and the whole team in Haltom City. Zack was particularly helpful, letting me take samples home to see how they’d look in my house, though it was a tough decision with such a great selection!   Overall, we were really pleased with the work All American Flooring – Haltom City did for us. Zack was fantastic – he guided us through the whole process, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, and always kept our best interests in mind when discussing pricing and products.   “We couldn’t be happier with the work Zack and All American Flooring did for us. Honestly, we’d been to several other flooring stores and felt like our ideas weren’t really being taken seriously. Zack went above and beyond – he spent a *lot* of time with us, even scheduling visits after work and during the evenings to really understand what we wanted. He never pressured us at all, which was a huge relief. When we finally decided on the flooring, he even came to our house himself to measure, and he took the time to discuss how to best incorporate it with our existing décor. What was particularly impressive was that they were so accommodating of our busy schedules, installing the flooring during the Christmas holiday – a really thoughtful thing to do. The crew was fantastic too; they helped us move furniture throughout the house and were incredibly conscientious about cleaning up after themselves. It felt like they were genuinely invested in making sure we were happy. They even worked on Christmas Eve to get our downstairs finished for our family gathering! And despite being sick himself, Zack stayed in touch and made sure we were completely satisfied with the final result.” report abuse

  We absolutely loved our recent remodel with All American Flooring in Haltom City! The new flooring and countertops/backsplash look fantastic, and we were so impressed with Zack’s dedication to making sure everything was done perfectly. He really took the time to oversee the project and ensure a successful outcome.
