From the very beginning, Kate was fantastic, handling our appointments and answering all our questions with such a friendly and helpful attitude. Jordan did a truly outstanding job when he came to our house. He was punctual, worked incredibly hard, and got everything done efficiently – he fixed our broken shelf, power washed the entire house, did some touch-up painting, and even installed our new window air conditioner.   Overall, the renovation was going really well until the final stage when we hired a carpenter. It quickly became clear he wasn’t the right fit for the job, and thankfully we were able to cut our losses and return the deposit. After that frustrating experience, a local Ace Hardware store owner recommended Ace Handyman, Gregg Paquette. He was fantastic – his experience was immediately obvious, and he really helped us get back on track. We’re now feeling much more confident that the project is turning out better than we initially anticipated – we’re so relieved to have found him! report abuse
