John Luciani, the president, really went the extra mile. He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process to me, making sure I fully understood what was needed to get the most efficient and cost-effective repairs. He even volunteered to speak at our evening community meeting to discuss the repairs, which was incredibly helpful, and provided us with a detailed report on excavation contracts.
