Honestly, my experience with this surveying company was incredibly frustrating. It took over a month and a half to get my property surveyed, and for that effort, I ended up spending $1100 with absolutely no documented results. They essentially just provided a stamped piece of paper for an additional $300-$400. I primarily dealt with the receptionist, and unfortunately, I felt completely ignored – I never received a follow-up call after scheduling the appointment, and it seemed like I was just left to disappear. Despite the surveying team themselves being pleasant, I wouldn’t recommend this company.

“Sam and Erin did an absolutely fantastic job surveying our land. It was a really challenging property – incredibly overgrown and quite dense with the woods, plus the weather was tough with the heat and mosquitoes. But they tackled it with such professionalism and a great attitude. They were genuinely polite and competent, and we really appreciated their hard work and positive demeanor.”

“Jason Brenneman has been an incredible asset to Glen Rock. He’s always quick to respond to our requests and approaches every challenging infrastructure project with a real level of expertise – and importantly, he’s incredibly mindful of our budget.”

“I’ve been developing residential and commercial properties for 17 years, and James R Holley & Associates have become an invaluable part of my team. They consistently demonstrate a strong understanding of the complexities involved in site design, and they’re fantastic at balancing that with budget and timeline constraints. Throughout the entire approval process, I was particularly impressed with their professionalism and how quickly they responded to my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any civil engineering needs.”

“I can’t recommend Holly and Associates – and especially Dave Simpson – highly enough! They were absolutely invaluable in helping me resolve a tricky situation regarding my property lines. What could have turned into a lengthy and costly dispute was quickly and efficiently handled by Dave. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to get things sorted out. I’ll definitely be using their services again and recommending them to anyone needing assistance.”

“I was so incredibly impressed with J.R. Holley and, specifically, with Dave Simpson. I needed a residential survey for a fence and he went absolutely above and beyond to assist me. He not only provided the expert advice I needed, which ultimately saved me a significant amount of money, but he also took the time to walk me through the entire process and even helped me navigate the requirements – all while being incredibly considerate during these challenging times. Dave’s professionalism, generosity, and genuine desire to help were truly outstanding. You won’t find better!”

Honestly, I’d steer clear of this company. I scheduled a crew to complete a survey at my home, anticipating my return from vacation, and they went ahead and did it while I was away without even letting me know. When I called to discuss payment options – they only accept checks and it’s a 45-minute drive each way – it was a huge hassle. They insisted I mail a $1350 check, which is completely unreasonable. To top it off, they didn't even provide a receipt, and I had to fight with them to get one in the mail. It was incredibly unprofessional and frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend them – I could have gotten much better service and a receipt for the same price with another company.
