“I wanted to gently suggest focusing on maintaining safe driving practices. It seems there have been a few instances where attention to driving safety could be improved.”

“As a renter at this apartment complex managed by Hilbers Property Management, I’m incredibly frustrated. We’ve been without hot water for three weeks now, and shockingly, there’s been no communication whatsoever about when the issue will be resolved. Considering the already high rent we’re paying, it feels completely unacceptable and frankly, like we’re being taken advantage of.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with my move-in experience. From the very beginning, I encountered significant issues – the carpet in my bedroom was patchy, the granite countertop had a noticeable ugly patch, and there were wrinkles, divots, and bumps in the walls. The baseboards had an uneven texture, and it was clear the walls hadn’t been properly sanded before the painting. Beyond the interior, the yard was still littered with construction trash, and there were exposed, jagged cutouts in the ceiling. To add to the frustration, the repair guy has repeatedly failed to complete warranty work, and now Hilbers is saying my warranty has expired, which I don’t believe reflects the quality of the home they advertise.

Overall, this company seems like a really promising one. The team is incredibly friendly and it’s great to see they’re expanding – that’s a sign of success. Plus, the quality of their work is clearly excellent.
