  “We had All State come out to assess removing our in-ground pool – nothing particularly complicated in terms of the job itself. They gave us a 48-hour window to get an estimate, but we never heard back for nine days. We followed up and were just told they were ‘passing’ on the work, with absolutely no explanation. It felt incredibly dismissive and unprofessional, like they simply weren’t interested and didn’t feel obligated to provide any further information.” report abuse
