  “I can’t recommend Pete’s Plumbing enough! We had a really stressful situation – we’d tried to fix a toilet valve ourselves and ended up completely without water. Jeremy answered our call just before closing time and he went above and beyond to come out and get the job done for us. He did a fantastic job and the price was surprisingly reasonable.   I had a really frustrating experience hiring Jeremy for a simple plumbing job – installing two copper pipes for my water softener. I’ve renovated several properties in Minnesota and generally have good experiences with plumbers, but Jeremy’s approach was completely unacceptable. I initially called him and he quoted a price of under $200 for the job, explaining he’d also be installing the water softener. He arrived promptly and worked for just twenty minutes, but then demanded $225. He insisted on justifying the inflated price by claiming other plumbers were upset he was “too cheap.” It was clear he was trying to take advantage of me, and his hourly rate was shockingly high – over $600! I questioned the charges, but he just pushed ahead and insisted on immediate payment. Honestly, it felt like a blatant attempt to defraud customers, particularly in Anoka County. It's deeply concerning that someone like Jeremy would prioritize lining their pockets over honest business practices. I’m seriously considering filing a formal complaint with the Department of Commerce and exploring ways to advocate for greater regulation of the plumbing industry – plumbers like Jeremy need to be held accountable. report abuse

  Pete’s Plumbing did an absolutely fantastic job for me. They fixed my leak quickly and then expertly installed my new hot water heater. What really stood out was how professional and helpful they were – they took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all my questions, making the whole process so much easier.
