  “I rarely write reviews, but I wanted to rave about Plumb Tech! They were absolutely fantastic. We had a really tough situation – our house is quite a distance from the highway and up a hill, so we have a water pump. We had a major leak that left us without water for over a week, and several plumbers couldn’t figure it out. Mark from Plumb Tech listened to our entire explanation, and his crew – Mark, Blake, and the whole team – stayed with us, working mornings and evenings until the job was completely finished. They fixed two leaks, re-plumbed our pump house, and even replaced our old, failing water pump. Not only did we get our water back, but the water pressure is now fantastic! Karen in the office was incredibly organized and kind, and the price was more than fair considering the time and effort they put in. Honestly, it’s such a relief to have a plumber we can truly trust – thank you all so much!” report abuse

  “I was really pleased with Plumb Tech Inc. – I needed a new electric water heater and they handled everything so smoothly. I chose them because their building is right on Old 31, which I drive past every day. The woman I spoke with initially, on the phone, was incredibly professional and answered all my questions right away. I gave her the details about my old water heater and living in a mobile home, and she promised a call back from Mark. Mark followed up that same day to get some specifics about the installation space, and I sent him photos of the area and the old tank. The next day, he let me know he’d found a water heater and gave me the price. I approved, and then he scheduled the installation for Friday morning. Josh and Matt arrived right on time, were incredibly efficient, and got the job done in just two and a half hours! They were a great team, and I’ll definitely be calling Plumb Tech for any plumbing needs in the future. I’d recommend them without hesitation to anyone.” report abuse

  I’m really disappointed with the service I received. I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so frustrating that I felt I had to share it. We had a significant leak in our first-floor ceiling, and the plumber spent over three hours and $468 drilling holes into our walls and ceiling trying to find the source. It’s simply unacceptable that they didn’t use a moisture detector – with today’s technology, it seems like a basic tool. Adding to the problem, the owner didn’t take responsibility for the extensive damage. I’m now waiting to hear back from the claim adjuster, but I’m concerned about the whole process. report abuse

  “We contacted this company hoping to get our plumbing issue resolved, but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing. While they initially quoted a price for the service, we were then charged extra without any explanation or resolution when the problem wasn't fixed. Two technicians were sent to our home, and the only thing they did was turn on our faucets – costing us $150. When we tried to address the unfair charge, the owner was extremely rude and refused to help. We’re now left with no solution and no money, and we strongly recommend looking for a different plumbing service.” report abuse

  “I was really worried when Drainblaster told me I had a slab leak – those repairs are so expensive! I was frustrated because they never returned my calls. Thankfully, another plumber recommended Plumb-Tech, and I’m so glad I went with them. John was fantastic; he quickly diagnosed the problem – it was actually just a small leak in the wall, not a slab issue at all. He was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and fixed it efficiently and at a reasonable price.   “I couldn’t be happier with Plumb-Tech! I had a really frustrating situation with a major water leak in my garage, and another plumber was working on it for three days with a complicated and expensive solution that even my insurance inspector couldn’t agree with. Thankfully, Mark and his team – Blake and Steven – took one look at it and quickly determined it wasn’t viable. They rescheduled my repair for the very next day and got it done in just about three hours, at a price that was a fraction of the first plumber’s quote.
