He quickly diagnosed the issue above my washing machine and replaced the valves. He was incredibly helpful, explaining everything clearly as he worked, and he was also very friendly and professional.   “I was really impressed with the service I received when my bathroom sink faucet needed repair. Austin, from Neighborhood Plumber, was fantastic – he quickly identified the issue and, thankfully, got a free replacement handle through the manufacturer’s warranty.   “We were absolutely thrilled with Neighborhood Plumber! We had a really bad morning with a burst hot water heater, and they were incredibly responsive. I called them around 7:30 am, and a technician, Will, was at our house within an hour. He quickly and expertly fixed the problem and installed our new water heater.
