  Robert from Superior Plumbing & Drain was absolutely fantastic! When I had an issue with my water heater, he went above and beyond to ensure I had hot water immediately. He skillfully worked with the manufacturer to determine the problem and, thankfully, it was covered under warranty. But the really amazing part was that he personally drove to Home Depot after hours, secured a replacement water heater, and installed it for me – all in a remarkably quick turnaround.   I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Robert and the entire team – they were absolutely wonderful. I called to schedule a visit for my elderly mom, who’s recently been diagnosed with blood cancer and needs assistance but doesn’t want to make any decisions herself. I made sure Robert knew to contact me if anything needed to be addressed. Robert and the whole crew went above and beyond, especially Robert who was so kind and patient with my mom, reassuring her to just call if she needed anything at all, even offering to get the mail.   Brandon and his team did a fantastic job replacing our outside faucet and installing the new ball valves. They were punctual, really polite, and the work was top-notch.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work Robert and his team did. A friend highly recommended them, and I can honestly say she was spot on! They were incredibly reliable, always punctual and treated us with such courtesy. I had a strange problem – water was constantly draining up from my upstairs bathroom into my downstairs toilet – and they were able to quickly diagnose the issue and schedule a technician for the next day.
