John was also fantastic, really helpful and went above and beyond to get everything scheduled and organized for me.   Overall, Floor Coverings LLC did a good job with my extensive flooring project, which included a lot of stairs and varied flooring throughout the house. I initially chose them based on Michael’s thorough presentation and his willingness to work with me on the price. The carpet they installed in the bedrooms was absolutely fantastic – the quality of both the product and the installation was top-notch. However, the vinyl plank flooring had a few challenges, particularly with the finish work on the stairs, which wasn’t quite what I’d envisioned. What I really appreciated was the consistent communication I had with Michael and Ronda throughout the process. When it became clear that the stair finish wasn't going to meet my expectations, they were fantastic – they worked with me to hire a separate contractor to complete the work, sharing the cost. I do wish I’d been more informed about the bullnose detail on the vinyl plank flooring, as there’s a noticeable lip on the stairs. Looking back, I should have done a bit more research beforehand. Despite this, I’d definitely consider hiring Floor Coverings LLC again for future flooring needs, and I was particularly impressed by their professionalism. report abuse
