  Shawn did an absolutely fantastic job! He was so polite, kept the area clean, and was really communicative – I especially appreciated how open he was, even when discussing potential challenges. While the installation took a little longer than initially estimated, he completely resolved the one small issue we had with the threshold, and it looks fantastic now.
