  “Overall, I had a fantastic experience with this company. The salesperson was incredibly helpful – really flexible, answered all my questions thoroughly, and responded to my messages quickly. I was also really impressed with the huge selection of flooring they offered, and the quality was excellent. But the installation crew truly went above and beyond. They were courteous, incredibly skilled, and finished the job surprisingly fast, even cleaning up perfectly after themselves and assisting with moving my furniture.   “We’re absolutely thrilled with the new carpet and flooring – it looks fantastic! Darren and Hunter were fantastic to work with; their shop was really organized, they had a great selection of samples, and they were incredibly patient in helping us find the perfect colors and materials. We especially loved the light pewter plank flooring and the matching carpet with the beige flecks – they really complemented each other beautifully and look amazing throughout the house. And Tony, the installer, was just incredible – a true perfectionist! His helper, Roger, was also a huge help, even taking the time to improve the master bath closet door, which now opens so smoothly.   Honestly, my experience with this company was incredibly frustrating. I went to their location, selected the materials I needed, and scheduled a measurement appointment. Despite that, I never received a call back to discuss an estimate. After multiple attempts to reach them, I was simply told they were handling two large projects and someone would get in touch – but that never happened. It was clear they had poor customer service, and I’m really glad I didn't choose to do business with them. report abuse
