  “I’ve used All American Flooring twice now, and I can’t recommend them enough! I started with a smaller project in the DFW area a while back, and I was so impressed with Ammar’s responsiveness and how flawlessly the job was completed. More recently, I had a much bigger project – a new addition to my home outside of the DFW area – and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. Ammar and the whole team were fantastic, keeping me constantly updated and communicating really well. The crew was incredibly hardworking, left everything spotless, and even managed to finish the job ahead of schedule despite the two-hour drive.   Anmar was fantastic – a real professional. It’s often tough to find flooring stores you can really trust, but he went above and beyond.   “I’m really disappointed with the quality of the wood flooring and carpet we had installed. The hardwood, which we bought from here, started showing significant issues – chipping, splits, and cracks – very quickly after installation. Despite seeing these problems, the contact person was responsive and confirmed it was due to both poor quality planks and the way the floor was laid. Frankly, I was shocked to see this level of damage so soon after installation; I expected a much longer lifespan, especially with a 20-year warranty. Additionally, the carpet installation was also subpar. The seams weren’t properly joined, and the way the carpet edges were finished with the wood trim was just sloppy and unattractive. Honestly, given what’s happened, it feels like a complete waste of money. I’m still waiting for a resolution to the flooring issues and wish I hadn’t chosen this company.” report abuse

Our experience with All-American Flooring was completely different – they had such a fantastic selection of really high-quality flooring. Ammar at the Allen store was just amazing; he was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we found exactly what we were looking for. He even took the time to meet us at the Galleria store on his own time!
