  Overall, we had a really positive experience working with All American Flooring. From start to finish, the team – especially Amaar – was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to communicate with. They did a great job matching our existing hardwood and we were really pleased with the quality of their work. Scheduling the installation was also a breeze, which we appreciated.   “I had a fantastic experience with this company. We went with Mohawk laminate flooring and I’m absolutely thrilled with the finished product. The installation team was really professional – they were efficient and got the job done quickly, but they really took the time to prepare everything properly, which made the laying of the boards incredibly smooth and problem-free.   “I couldn’t be happier with the work All American Flooring did for me. From the moment I walked into the store, I felt like I was in good hands – everything was handled with such professionalism and care. They had a really great selection of flooring, and Aziz and Musa were fantastic, really helping me find the perfect carpet for upstairs and staircase, plus a beautiful laminate for downstairs. There was a little hiccup with the delivery, but the scheduling team kept me in the loop and managed to reschedule the installation without any trouble. The installers themselves were fantastic – punctual, super efficient, and clearly experts at what they do. The project manager even checked in the next day to make sure everything was perfect.   Overall, we were really pleased with All American Flooring – the quality of their work, particularly the laminate and hardwood on the stairs, was excellent. They completed the laminate installation in a single day, which was fantastic. However, the timing on the staircase wasn't as smooth. It took them a bit longer to get started, finally beginning on April 25th, and it took three days to finish the job. Communication could have been better though. The group chat was set up fairly late, and I sometimes found it difficult to get timely responses to my questions. Despite that, I would absolutely hire them again without a second thought. report abuse
