They were incredibly patient and meticulous in their work, taking great pride in every detail – they were especially careful with the old baseboards and the caulking was perfect.   I absolutely loved working with this team on my flooring project. Nadir was fantastic – so patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and always offered really helpful advice. I truly appreciated his support throughout the whole process. They really focused on what would be best for me and did it all at a fair price.   I was so frustrated after a really bad experience with a contractor I found on Facebook Marketplace – he completely ruined my bathroom and floors! That’s why I was so relieved to find Floor Blvd. From the start, I could tell they were a trustworthy company, especially after reading all the great reviews and meeting Chris. He was fantastic – incredibly patient and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, even though I’m a bit particular! Victor, his wife, and Brandy did an absolutely amazing job, and they were all just so friendly and hardworking, especially considering the Texas heat.   “I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience working with Floors Blvd on my bathroom renovation. From the start, the initial estimate felt like a bait-and-switch, and unfortunately, the installation was riddled with errors – the wrong materials were used, leading to significant delays. To make matters worse, the final invoice included a completely unexpected and massive change order, which they never discussed with me. When I tried to question the charges, I was met with alarming threats of placing a lien on my property. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Floors Blvd – if you’re looking for a smooth, transparent renovation process, you’d be much better off avoiding them.” report abuse

  “We were so impressed with Floors BLVD! My wife and I had gotten several quotes for replacing our carpet – about five different companies in total – and our house is quite large since we just moved in. We really wanted a good price while still getting high-quality carpet for our family. We looked at both big box stores and local businesses, and Floors BLVD was the only one that seemed to truly understand our needs and offer a price that matched. The carpet itself is fantastic, and the installers were incredibly friendly and professional, plus they were really efficient. But honestly, the best part was Chris – he was amazing! He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, our budget, and he even followed up with us throughout the entire process, from before to after the installation.   “We were incredibly pleased with the work Floors BLVD did for us. Chris was fantastic – he really kept everything running smoothly and organized, which was a huge relief. There were a few unexpected challenges along the way, but they were quickly and effectively resolved, and we’re thrilled with the finished result: new luxury vinyl plank flooring, a new countertop, and a beautiful backsplash.
