“We had a really frustrating experience with this tile store. We ordered tile trim and upon installation, we found the colors were completely different shades of white, despite coming from the same box. When we requested a refund, they refused. Ultimately, we ended up paying to have the incorrect trim removed and reinstalled – it was a huge hassle.”

George Solis is fantastic – seriously one of the best I’ve come across in town. He really delivers on everything: great service, a really friendly atmosphere, and he’s surprisingly affordable. You can’t ask for much more than that!

I’m writing this review with some hesitation, but I wanted to share my experience as a caution to others. As someone who does a lot of my own work, I bought some Silver Travertine tiles from “Tile Mile” a while back for my kitchen, and unfortunately, I’ve run into some serious issues.
