  Kristie was fantastic – she really helped us out and we absolutely love our new carpet! However, we were really disappointed with the installation of the bamboo flooring. The installers unfortunately caused quite a few scratches, and sadly, they're deep enough that we can’t really cover them up. The worst damage seems to be from where their equipment was dragged across the floor. report abuse

  “My husband and I were really frustrated when we realized we needed to replace all the flooring downstairs – it was about 1,350 square feet – just five years after we’d had it installed.
