  “We had a disappointing visit. The selection of artwork wasn't particularly strong, and we found the staff to be a little unwelcoming. Our initial interaction with the saleswoman felt quite rushed; she immediately jumped into discussing layaway options without any friendly greeting or attempt to understand what we were looking for. It honestly made us feel a bit judged, especially since we were being polite and respectful customers.” report abuse

  “This gallery is a real gem! They have a fantastic collection of Alaskan art – everything from beautiful vintage pieces to exciting contemporary works, plus a wonderful selection of art from Alaskan Native cultures. The staff were incredibly helpful and really knowledgeable. Beyond the art, the jewelry, ceramics, and textiles crafted by Alaskan artisans were stunning. Honestly, it’s worth a short trip from downtown, and I’d highly recommend combining it with a delicious meal at Fromagio’s or Jen’s – both of which are right next door.” report abuse
