While it sometimes takes a little longer to get things delivered, the prices are generally better than what you’d find at a big box store.   “We had a really disappointing experience. The customer service was incredibly rude and the two gentlemen working seemed completely disengaged and unhappy. Despite spending $1000, they couldn't locate what we needed, and their lack of assistance and respect was frankly unacceptable. We won't be returning unless it's absolutely necessary – frankly, we received much better service at Lowe’s.” report abuse
