“I experienced some significant delays in receiving my W2. It finally arrived four days ago, after they initially sent them out at the end of January. I called the Anchorage office repeatedly to inquire about the delay, but they weren’t answering the phone. When I finally reached the Nebraska office, they were unable to expedite overnight delivery and couldn’t really explain the hold-up. Getting in touch with someone was a really frustrating process – it took weeks to get a response.”

“I’m really pleased with this team – they’ve been fantastic, and I’m so glad I was able to get them on board so I could continue my work here in Alaska.”
