Importantly, they stuck to our budget and didn’t have any delays or cancellations. James was amazing; he visited our home within 48 hours of our initial inquiry, which was a huge difference compared to other contractors we spoke with. He thoroughly reviewed each project with us, provided a realistic timeline, and we started the work just two days later. The office manager kept us updated on the contractor’s arrival, and he was always punctual, incredibly respectful of our home, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process.
