While I’m not planning on buying another Cat machine anytime soon, I was really impressed with the service I received afterward. Josh was fantastic – he came to my property to walk me through the basics of operation and maintenance, and he was incredibly thorough, efficient, and professional.   “We were really hoping to evaluate NC Machinery’s equipment, specifically their newest skid steer track loaders, and we were seriously considering replacing our existing heavy machinery. After initially being denied a demo – simply because the sales manager hadn’t approved it – we went to great lengths to get a fair assessment, even bringing in our own materials. It felt incredibly frustrating that we had to take the initiative to get the opportunity to properly test the machines. Then, just as we were finally getting things moving, the request was suddenly approved, only to be retracted a few days later. It felt like a deliberate tactic, and frankly, incredibly unprofessional. As a business owner, I was left feeling completely disregarded and disappointed by the experience. Because of this, I'm seriously reconsidering doing business with NC Machinery while this sales manager is involved.” report abuse
