Ernie was so efficient in getting us scheduled, and Micaiah and Jordan did an amazing job taking down our fireplace and even matching the existing roof tiles perfectly. The result was beautiful and we gained a fantastic 8 extra feet in our living room. Micaiah and Jordan were incredibly knowledgeable throughout the whole process, and they were also just really polite and professional.   “I wholeheartedly recommend Ernie and his team – they did an absolutely fantastic job! I had some significant dry rot around my front door and chimney, and they tackled the problem head-on. Initially, there was a hiccup with the door itself, but Ernie and his team were incredibly resourceful and quickly came up with brilliant solutions to get it perfectly installed.   “I’m really disappointed with this experience. It felt like we were aligned on the pricing, but I’m now being billed incorrectly and charged a late fee on a bill that’s actually wrong. They’re quoting a much higher price – $350 for a 15-minute service – when I was originally given a minimum of $250 for two people for two hours, or $135 an hour for one person. Honestly, it’s unacceptable to quote one price and then bill for something completely different. Based on this, I can’t recommend this service.” report abuse

They’re always so courteous and really listen to what I want, especially when it comes to my pets and the products they use. I appreciate that they’re mindful of things like fertilizer and salt in the winter. They’re really flexible and willing to work with me on any adjustments I need.
