“I’m incredibly concerned about the work that was done on my street. Large rocks were left out in the roadway, and they’re a serious hazard – they could easily be kicked up by a car and potentially cause damage or injury, especially to a child. Furthermore, someone scratched my truck, and I’ve been unable to get any response to my six voicemail messages. I’ve already reported this to the police and am considering taking further action through small claims court.”

“I can’t recommend the Smithsons crew highly enough! I’ve used their moving services and every time it’s been fantastic – they genuinely go the extra mile and always have a positive attitude. Just today, I had a really urgent request for a last-minute pickup and delivery, and they were incredible. They responded so quickly – within an hour! – and took care of everything. Seriously, they’re my go-to team and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.”

I’m really disappointed with the service I received today. The street sweeper crew went around my neighborhood, but they seemed to deliberately avoid sweeping near my driveway and front yard. They left a significant amount of rocks and debris from the melting snow right up to the edge of my property. I actually swept the area neatly, creating a clean line between my yard and the street, but they pushed the debris outwards about twelve inches, essentially avoiding coming close to my yard. When I questioned the driver about it, he claimed I’d pushed the mess from my driveway and yard into the street, despite the fact that my driveway and yard are still covered in rocks and debris. I took photos and video to show how illogical this situation is, especially since they could clearly see I was simply moving the mess away from my property line to make it easier for them. It’s frustrating that the driver wasn’t even willing to acknowledge the problem.

“I contacted them to get quotes for repaving three small parking areas, and unfortunately, the experience was really frustrating. I was initially told I’d receive a quote by the end of the week, but I waited weeks and repeatedly tried to get in touch – I called several times and left multiple voicemails. After they initially responded, they completely stopped returning my calls. It was incredibly unprofessional and ultimately wasted weeks of my time for no results.”

“I’ve been incredibly impressed with their services. They’ve handled a wide range of projects for me, from a full apartment remodel and adding a driveway to landscaping, through snow removal, and even a significant relocation of my business – a truly massive undertaking involving 16 truckloads! They also took care of demolishing my old cabin. It’s clear they’re a reliable and capable team.”
-
“I was really impressed with SmithSons – they handled the shed move with incredible precision, especially considering how tight and tricky the corner was. They did a fantastic job and at a very reasonable price. Thanks so much!”
-
“I was really impressed with the work done on my driveway. They fixed those cracked sections really well, and the crew was fast, professional, and incredibly courteous – a great experience overall.”
-
“I was disappointed with their work – the preparation wasn’t done well, and it unfortunately impacted the final result. On top of that, I’ve been unable to reach them to discuss the outstanding payment.”
-
“This team is fantastic! Everyone is really easy to get along with and a pleasure to work with.”

Okay, here’s a natural-sounding rewrite: “It’s a solid starting point – a good foundation to build on.”
