Okay, here’s a natural-sounding evaluation of Herman’s work based on the provided information: “Herman was initially responsive to the drywall repair after the burst pipe, and his instructions regarding the fan were helpful. However, his repeated no-shows and unprofessional communication were incredibly frustrating. Despite scheduling follow-up appointments after failing to show, he continued to miss commitments, and ultimately blamed us for his inability to complete the job. His lack of communication and abrupt behavior made it impossible to work with him, and we strongly advise against using his services.”

I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. This contractor completely ruined my new bathroom – he dumped paint down the drain and all over my brand new tile. He charged me a flat rate for the paint and supplies, but then used nearly $400 of my own materials without telling me. The job took him over two months to finish, and I constantly had to chase him down with texts and calls. Even now, the final 10% of the work is poorly done and frankly unacceptable. I’ve spent more time dealing with him than I would have spent doing the job myself, and I’m extremely frustrated with the entire experience.

“Honestly, the worker really messed up the bathroom. When I pointed out the issues, he became very agitated and started yelling, which wasn’t a productive way to handle the situation.”
-
“Dre’s a fantastic addition to the team – a really smart hire and the work they’ve delivered is fantastic!”
-
“Overall, things seem to be running really smoothly now with the new management in place. Plus, I’ve been consistently impressed with the quality of the painting and the excellent customer service I’ve received.”

Honestly, I was really disappointed with the service I received. It felt unreliable and the customer service just didn’t meet my expectations.
