  “Herman was initially helpful, taking care of the drywall after the burst pipe. However, he was incredibly unreliable. He gave us instructions for drying the area, but then didn’t return as scheduled, even after we followed up. Despite setting new appointments, he repeatedly missed them and then blamed us for not being available. Ultimately, he became defensive and hung up on us when we decided to find another contractor. Seriously, please don’t use him – it’s just not worth the hassle.” report abuse

  “I was really disappointed with this experience. He completely ruined my new bathtub and tile work with paint, and then he used a significant amount of my own supplies – around $400 – without properly accounting for them. The job took him nearly two months to finish, and I had to constantly follow up with him via phone and text, which was incredibly frustrating. Even now, the final 10% of the work is still unacceptable, and frankly, I’ve spent more time managing him than I ever would have spent doing the job myself.” report abuse
