  I’ve been a customer at Pioneer Garage Doors for years, and I’ve always been very pleased with their service. I had a recent check-up done, and the technician even relocated the safety sensor – likely due to a vacuum cleaner bumping into it! Overall, it was excellent service, as it always is. report abuse

Their prices were slightly higher than what I’d seen online, and they didn’t offer free shipping, but honestly, the convenience of getting them right away was totally worth the extra cost.   “I was really disappointed with my experience. They seemed completely uninterested in paying attention to detail and didn’t seem to care much about their customers. They took my down payment and simply said they’d get me scheduled, but it took three weeks for them to actually do so.   “The new garage door and opener were great, though it did take a little longer than expected to arrive – the door was unfortunately damaged during shipping and had to be replaced.
