They even came out multiple times for measurements and created several different quotes to meet our budget. What really stood out was their knowledge – they explained everything about the carpet, what to look for to ensure longevity, and genuinely helped us make an informed decision.   Overall, I have to say I’m really pleased with the final result. Big Bob’s absolutely turned things around after a bit of a rocky start. The salesperson was fantastic – incredibly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. However, the initial installation was disrupted by the earthquake, and I wasn’t able to continue working with the installer. Despite that, Big Bob’s stepped in and did a great job, really going above and beyond to fix the issues and make everything look and feel right. I’d definitely recommend them – their staff is knowledgeable and they clearly care a lot about ensuring customer satisfaction.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with the work Big Bob’s Flooring did for us! From start to finish, Pat and his team, along with Ralph and his installation crew, were fantastic. We were remodeling our kitchen and needed a new LVP floor, and they really went above and beyond. Pat was incredibly patient with us, driving all over town to bring us samples of different LVP to match our new cabinets and countertops. It took a little while to find the perfect one – but Pat’s help was invaluable. Once we finally settled on a Shaw floor, Ralph and his crew quickly got to work. They measured everything within a couple of days, ordered the floor, and it arrived in Anchorage in just weeks! The installation itself was seamless. The crew was incredibly careful and professional, taking the time to remove our old flooring, move our furniture, and even meticulously replace our baseboards. The finished product looks absolutely amazing, and we’re so relieved that everything was done with such care. Big Bob’s truly prioritizes customer service – it’s a far cry from a huge, overwhelming store, and the level of service is outstanding.   “Honestly, our experience was really disappointing. The prices were higher than other places, but that wasn’t the biggest issue. It was the salesperson’s reaction – laughing at our concern. I have years of experience in retail, and I know that when prices are higher, it’s important to offer exceptional customer service and show people you value their business.
