We were greeted so warmly as soon as we walked in, and Doug really took the time to show us all the options.   Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with this team. Their customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated their dedication to following through and collaborating with us on ideas and designs. While the final project had a couple of minor hiccups – like needing a little extra grout and Schluter – they quickly resolved those issues and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction.   Brittany was a fantastic help during our bathroom and kitchen restoration! She really took the time to understand our needs and quickly showed us some great flooring options and colors that were actually available.
