  Overall, our experience with Jungle Jim’s was disappointing. While Andrea and Blaine were helpful in measuring and ordering our flooring, we ended up with a significant amount of unused product – three boxes of LVP (nearly 80 square feet) and transition strips. Unfortunately, Jungle Jim’s wouldn’t accept the returns, leaving us paying over $725 for materials we couldn’t use. It seems a considerable amount of waste occurred, and we strongly recommend shopping elsewhere for your flooring needs. report abuse
