  Overall, our experience with Jungle Jim’s was disappointing. While Andrea and Blaine were very helpful in measuring our rooms and ordering the flooring, we ended up with a significant amount of unused product – three boxes of LVP totaling almost 80 square feet, and three unopened transition strips. We were unable to return the excess material, costing us over $725. It’s frustrating to pay for items you don’t need, and we feel Jungle Jim’s could have handled the situation better. We’d recommend shopping around for a more customer-friendly experience. report abuse
