“We had a bathroom remodel last summer, including a fantastic roll-in shower, and we were really pleased with that part of the job. However, just a couple of weeks after a year, the grab bar beside the toilet came loose. When we contacted them about it, they insisted we’d have to pay over $1500 to fix it, which felt like a slap in the face considering the initial work. Honestly, the estimate made it clear to me that the job wasn't completed properly, and I won’t be using their services again.”

I was really pleased to find this company right here in town – it’s great to have someone knowledgeable to discuss equipment with and actually order from, especially with the added benefit of installation and warranty support. The team was fantastic, and the showroom was really nice too. Thanks so much!
