  “We had a bathroom remodel last summer that included a fantastic roll-in shower, which we really appreciated. However, just a few weeks after that, the grab bar by the toilet came loose. The company claimed we’d be responsible for the repair, and then sent us an estimate for over $1500 – a price that really made us question the quality of their work. Honestly, it felt like a fix that wasn't done properly, and we won't be using their services again.” report abuse

  “I was really pleased to find this company right here in town – it’s fantastic to have someone knowledgeable to discuss equipment with, especially when you’re ordering something so important. I felt much more comfortable having a local expert handle the order and the follow-up work, including installation and warranty. They were all really nice people and the showroom was lovely too!
